What Makes Paperwork Usable, Not Just Completed

Completed paperwork is not always usable paperwork.

A document can be fully signed and still rejected because the notarization block is incomplete, the names do not match the ID, or the certificate language does not meet the receiving institution’s standards.

Usable paperwork meets three conditions:

First, the signer’s identity is clearly verified and documented.

Second, the notarization certificate is complete, accurate, and appropriate for the document type.

Third, the document aligns with the expectations of whoever will rely on it next, whether that is a court, hospital, employer, or foreign authority.

ENS focuses on usability, not just completion. That means slowing down enough to ensure the document will stand up when it leaves the table.
