What do you need to have ready?
Original issued marriage license
You may book before obtaining the Georgia marriage license, but the original issued license must be available at the scheduled appointment.
Valid identification
Both parties should have acceptable government-issued identification available for identity verification.
Confirmed location and time
Mobile service is based on scheduling and Elite Notary Signing's established county service areas.
License return plan
The couple returns the completed license to the issuing Probate Court unless the optional $50 Marriage License Filing Service is purchased.

What can change the final price?
Final pricing may include the selected service, county-based travel fee, same-day surcharge, weekend surcharge, or holiday surcharge. A $25 non-refundable booking deposit and applicable travel fee are collected at booking. Wedding travel outside established service areas requires a custom quote.

No. Witnesses are not required in Georgia for Elite Notary Signing's standard Sign & Go marriage license signing service.
Are travel fees included in the final quote?
Yes. Applicable travel fees are included in the final quote. Wedding travel fees are based on established county service areas. Locations outside those service areas require a custom quote.
Who returns the completed marriage license?
The couple is responsible for returning the completed marriage license to the Probate Court that issued it unless the optional $50 Marriage License Filing Service is purchased. With that add-on, Elite Notary Signing returns the completed license to the issuing Probate Court.
What is due when we book?
A $25 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the appointment and is applied toward the service balance. Applicable travel fees are also collected at booking and are non-refundable.
What happens if we are late?
Wedding appointments have a 15-minute grace period. If the couple is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled based on the remaining schedule and availability.
