Processing level: Standard is best for most Georgia apostille requests. Priority is for requests that need earlier ENS handling. Rush is reserved for urgent timelines when available. Government processing times are controlled by the issuing agency.

Apostille Courier Filing, Limited Scope
Courier-only filing service for Georgia-issued documents that are already complete, compliant, and ready for submission to the Georgia Superior Court Clerks' Cooperative Authority.

Marriage License Signing & Wedding Services
Two focused options are available: Sign & Go for couples who only need the issued marriage license completed, and Simple Elopement for couples who want an actual brief and intimate wedding ceremony.
Wedding Service Pricing
- Sign & Go Marriage License Signing: $75. This is not a wedding ceremony. Elite Notary Signing verifies the couple's identities and completes the appropriate officiant portion of the issued marriage license. Approximate appointment time is 10 to 15 minutes.
- Simple Elopement Ceremony: $175 to $245. A brief, intimate wedding ceremony with marriage license completion.
- Rehearsal Walk-through: $60. Virtual or in-person when scheduling permits.
- Marriage License Filing Service, Optional: +$50. Elite Notary Signing returns the completed marriage license to the Probate Court that issued it on the couple's behalf.
Marriage License Return: If the optional $50 Marriage License Filing Service is not purchased, the couple is responsible for returning the completed marriage license to the issuing Probate Court. The filing service covers return of the completed license only. Probate Court recording times and certified-copy processing are controlled by the issuing court.
Simple Elopement: A brief, intimate wedding ceremony with marriage license completion.
Witnesses: Witnesses are not required in Georgia for Elite Notary Signing's standard Sign & Go service.
Scheduling and booking: A $25 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the appointment and is applied toward the service balance. Applicable travel fees are collected at booking and are non-refundable. Weekend appointments add $50. Holiday appointments add $100. Same-day appointments add $25.
Travel: Wedding-service travel fees are based on Elite Notary Signing's established county service areas and are included in the final quote. Locations outside established service areas require a custom travel quote. No outside-area travel fee should be assumed from the general starting travel rate.
Marriage license requirement: Couples may book before obtaining the Georgia marriage license. The original issued Georgia marriage license must be available at the scheduled appointment. Elite Notary Signing cannot complete Sign & Go or perform a Simple Elopement Ceremony without the issued license present.
Divorce Document Notarization Services

Travel, witness coordination, rush, after-hours, shipping, government, and third-party fees apply separately when stated.

Cancellation Terms
Booking deposits are non-refundable once an appointment time has been reserved. Missed appointments, late cancellations, signer unavailability, employee unavailability, missing witnesses, missing I-9 instructions, or missing platform access may require a new booking deposit or revised quote.
Mobile notary appointment policy: Witness coordination fees are non-refundable and due at the time the booking request is submitted. Travel fees, same-day fees, after-hours fees, booking deposits, and appointment-related service fees are non-refundable once ENS has confirmed the appointment, reserved the time, prepared for service, begun travel, arrived at the location, or attempted to complete the appointment.
