Estate Planning Notarizations
In-person notarization services for estate and family planning documents. We verify identity, witness signatures when required, and notarize completed documents. We do not draft, review, or provide legal advice.
- Power of Attorney: $65 to $95, notarization of completed POA documents, witness coordination when required
- Living Will / Advance Directive: $65 to $95, notarization of completed healthcare directives
- Last Will & Testament: $85 to $125, notarization with two disinterested witnesses required
- Guardianship & Custody Documents: $85 to $125, notarization of affidavits, parental consents, or related forms
Estate Document Bundles
- Estate Document Bundles: $125 to $325, notarization of multiple estate documents completed during the same appointment
- Couple’s Estate Bundle: $240 to $275, coordinated notarization for two individuals signing estate documents
- Estate Add-ons: $25 to $35, affidavits, declarations, or supplemental notarizations completed during the same visit
Care Facilities
- Hospital, Hospice, and Care Facility Signings: $95 to $150, bedside notarizations requiring coordination with staff and patient readiness confirmation
Includes: Identity verification, notarization of completed documents, witness coordination when required.
Does not include: Legal advice, document drafting, or document preparation.
Apostille & Authentication Services
Georgia apostille processing and authentication coordination for international document legalization. Pricing below reflects structured intake review, correct routing, submission coordination, and return handling.
Scope clarity: Elite Notary Signing provides administrative processing and coordination. We do not draft documents, prepare legal forms, or provide legal advice. Government filing fees, embassy fees, and return shipping are paid separately by the client unless explicitly stated. Notarization and client pickup or delivery are not included unless selected.
Standard is best for most requests.
Priority is for deadlines that require same-day review and front-of-queue handling.
Rush is for urgent timelines needing immediate intake review and active deadline communication.
If you are unsure whether your document is compliant, Standard Processing is recommended.
Georgia Apostille Processing (GSCCCA)
- Standard Processing: $195 per document | Document reviewed within 1 business day, routed correctly, and submitted on the standard schedule. Includes intake review, compliance checks, GSCCCA submission coordination, status tracking, and return coordination.
- Priority Processing: $225 per document | Same-day review during business hours, front-of-queue handling, and proactive timeline confirmation. Includes everything in Standard plus priority intake handling and one proactive status confirmation.
- Rush Processing: $250 per document | Immediate intake review and next-available submission scheduling attempt when available. Includes everything in Priority plus active deadline communication and direct confirmation once submitted. Rush availability depends on agency capacity and document readiness.
- Additional Documents (Same Client, Same Submission): $150 per additional document | Applies when multiple documents are processed together under the same submission path.
Federal Apostille / Authentication (Washington, DC)
- Federal Processing: starting at $250 | For FBI background checks and federally issued documents requiring U.S. Department of State authentication. Final pricing is confirmed after document review based on document type and required steps.
Apostille Courier Filing (Limited Scope)
For businesses or repeat clients with Georgia-issued documents that are already complete and compliant. ENS completes filing and return coordination only.

- Rush Courier Filing (Optional): +$75 per order | Priority handling and expedited GSCCCA submission attempt when available.
- Return Delivery / Shipping (Optional): quoted separately upon request
Wedding Signing Services
Marriage license signing and simple elopement services for couples seeking a brief, private, and legally compliant ceremony with mobile convenience.
- Marriage License Signing: $75, legal signing with required wording and filing guidance, approximate time on site 10 to 15 minutes
- Simple Elopement Ceremony: $175 to $245, brief ceremony script, license signing, and optional photo moment
- Rehearsal Walk-through: $60, virtual or in-person scheduling permitting
Includes: Legal signing, officiant services for Marriage License Signing or Simple Elopement only.
Does not include: Custom vows, extended ceremonies, or rehearsal coordination beyond the listed walkthrough.
Prenuptial Agreement Execution
Execution-only notarization for attorney-prepared prenuptial agreements. This service follows specialty pricing standards and is separate from general notary services.

- Execution Appointment (Per Signing Location): $300
- After-Hours / Weekend Appointments: +$150
- Travel (Georgia Only): $2 per mile, round-trip
Divorce Notarization Services
Execution-only notarization for attorney-prepared divorce and marital separation documents. This is a specialty service with separate pricing from general mobile notary appointments.

- Divorce Execution Appointment (Per Signing Location): $300
- Additional Documents: $50 per document beyond the first two
- After-Hours / Weekend Appointments: +$150
- Same-Day / Rush Requests: +$75

Travel & Scheduling Fees (In-Person Notary Services)
The following fees apply to mobile, in-person appointments under General Notary Services, Estate Planning Notarizations, and Wedding License Signing. Apostille & Authentication, Courier-Assisted Apostille Handling, Prenuptial Execution, and Divorce Notarization follow separate pricing and scheduling structures.
- Mobile Travel (first 5 miles): Included
- Additional Mileage: $2.00 per mile after the first 5 miles, calculated one way
- Same-Day Appointments: +$25
- After-Hours Appointments (Weekdays before 9am and after 6 PM): +$25
- Weekend Appointments: +$50
- Holiday or Emergency Requests: +$100, subject to availability
Travel fees for specialty services are disclosed in advance and are not governed by standard mobile notary rates.
