Apostille & Authentication Services

Georgia apostille processing and authentication coordination for international document legalization. Pricing below reflects structured intake review, correct routing, submission coordination, and return handling.

Scope clarity: Elite Notary Signing provides administrative processing and coordination. We do not draft documents, prepare legal forms, or provide legal advice. Government filing fees, embassy fees, and return shipping are paid separately by the client unless explicitly stated. Notarization and client pickup or delivery are not included unless selected.

Georgia Apostille Processing (GSCCCA)

  • Standard Processing: $195 per document | Document reviewed within 1 business day, routed correctly, and submitted on the standard schedule. Includes intake review, compliance checks, GSCCCA submission coordination, status tracking, and return coordination.
  • Priority Processing: $225 per document | Same-day review during business hours, front-of-queue handling, and proactive timeline confirmation. Includes everything in Standard plus priority intake handling and one proactive status confirmation.
  • Rush Processing: $250 per document | Immediate intake review and next-available submission scheduling attempt when available. Includes everything in Priority plus active deadline communication and direct confirmation once submitted. Rush availability depends on agency capacity and document readiness.
  • Additional Documents (Same Client, Same Submission): $150 per additional document | Applies when multiple documents are processed together under the same submission path.

Federal Apostille / Authentication (Washington, DC)

  • Federal Processing: starting at $250 | For FBI background checks and federally issued documents requiring U.S. Department of State authentication. Final pricing is confirmed after document review based on document type and required steps.
Readiness note: Documents must be complete and ready for submission. If signatures, dates, notarial certificates, or supporting items are missing, processing may pause until corrected.
Payment policy: Apostille and authentication services require full payment prior to the commencement of services. Processing begins after intake review and payment confirmation.

Apostille Courier Filing (Limited Scope)

For businesses or repeat clients with Georgia-issued documents that are already complete and compliant. ENS completes filing and return coordination only.

Limited-scope service: This is filing-only for documents that are already compliant and ready for GSCCCA submission. If validation, corrections, notarization, or additional coordination are needed, the request may be moved to Standard Processing.

Wedding Signing Services

Bundles are designed for convenience and efficiency and are selected based on the documents you already have prepared. We do not draft or prepare legal documents, and all notarizations are completed in accordance with Georgia notary requirement.

How much does it cost to get an apostille in Georgia?

Apostille service pricing in Georgia typically starts at $125 for Georgia-issued documents handled through the GSCCCA.

Federal apostilles, multi-document requests, and multi-step authentications may cost more depending on the document type, destination country, and processing requirements. State, federal, and embassy filing fees are paid separately.

Can you translate documents for apostille processing?

We do not provide translation services directly.

Certified translations required for apostille or authentication must be obtained separately through a qualified translation provider. If translation is needed, this will be identified during intake so you can secure the appropriate documents before processing begins.

Is there a booking fee to schedule an appointment?

Yes. In-person notary, estate planning, and wedding signing appointments require a $25 non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your time. The deposit is applied toward your total service balance and is due at the start of service.

What is the Courier-Assisted Apostille service?

This service provides professional handling and courier-assisted submission of Georgia-issued documents to the GSCCCA for apostille certification.

The $95 per document professional handling fee includes intake review for completeness, coordination of notarization when required, GSCCCA submission, administrative oversight, and status tracking.

Travel for pickup and return delivery is not included and is billed separately based on distance or delivery method. Documents must be complete and ready for notarization or submission at the time of pickup.

Does the courier-assisted fee include return delivery?

No. Return delivery is not included in the base professional handling fee.

Return delivery options, including hand delivery, courier return, or carrier shipping, are quoted separately based on the client’s preference and location.
