Make It Known reflects the call to stewardship, preparation, and care for one another. This initiative equips churches to guide their members through estate and legal readiness with compassion, clarity, and community support.

What Is the Make It Known Initiative?

Make It Known is a faith-rooted outreach program that empowers churches to serve their congregations through estate planning workshops, mobile notary services, and trusted partnerships.

Through one-day events, print and digital resources, and intentional conversations, we help families take meaningful steps to complete:

  • Powers of Attorney (medical and financial)

  • Advance Directives and healthcare instructions

  • Wills and estate planning paperwork

  • Notarized authorizations and affidavits

This is not a legal service or document drafting program. It is a ministry-based readiness effort rooted in Biblical stewardship and practical care.

Support You Can Expect

Each Make It Known partnership includes:

  • Church-branded flyers, event planning guides, and digital invites

  • One-day onsite workshop hosted by Elite Notary Signing

  • Mobile notarization services available during the event

  • Custom intake form for members to prepare in advance

  • Educational follow-up resources and referrals

  • Support to help your pastoral team plan and promote with ease

Workshops are held at your church on Saturdays or after regular services, based on your schedule.

Is this a legal service?

No. We do not offer legal advice or draft documents. We help families complete and notarize the documents they choose to bring or prepare.

Is there a fee for the church to host?

No. There is no charge to the church. Members only pay for the services they use, and discounted group pricing is available.

What documents can be notarized during the event?

We assist with powers of attorney, healthcare directives, estate planning forms, affidavits, and similar documents that require notarization.

Do members need to bring their own witnesses?

We can provide witness coordination as needed. Guidance will be included in the intake process.
