Make It Known Initiative
Helping Churches Prepare Families With Peace, Not Pressure
Make It Known reflects the call to stewardship, preparation, and care for one another. This initiative equips churches to guide their members through estate and legal readiness with compassion, clarity, and community support.
What Is the Make It Known Initiative?
Make It Known is a faith-rooted outreach program that empowers churches to serve their congregations through estate planning workshops, mobile notary services, and trusted partnerships.
Through one-day events, print and digital resources, and intentional conversations, we help families take meaningful steps to complete:
-
Powers of Attorney (medical and financial)
-
Advance Directives and healthcare instructions
-
Wills and estate planning paperwork
-
Notarized authorizations and affidavits
This is not a legal service or document drafting program. It is a ministry-based readiness effort rooted in Biblical stewardship and practical care.
Support You Can Expect
Each Make It Known partnership includes:
-
Church-branded flyers, event planning guides, and digital invites
-
One-day onsite workshop hosted by Elite Notary Signing
-
Mobile notarization services available during the event
-
Custom intake form for members to prepare in advance
-
Educational follow-up resources and referrals
-
Support to help your pastoral team plan and promote with ease
Workshops are held at your church on Saturdays or after regular services, based on your schedule.
Who We Help
This ministry is designed for:
-
Members caring for aging parents or loved ones
-
Young families navigating guardianship or property concerns
-
Seniors preparing documents to relieve pressure from loved ones
-
Anyone who wants to document their wishes and protect what matters most
Why It Matters
Many families delay legal preparation until a crisis occurs. When churches lead the way, they help:
-
Reduce confusion, conflict, and court delays
-
Promote stewardship of time, assets, and responsibility
-
Support families in expressing their values and wishes
-
Strengthen ministry care beyond Sunday services
