Notarization is often the first step, not the final one.

Families frequently assume that once a document is notarized, it will be accepted anywhere. In reality, destination requirements vary widely by country, agency, and use case.

Some destinations require an apostille. Others require embassy legalization. Some require certified copies issued by the state or federal authority.

A notarization verifies identity and willingness. It does not guarantee acceptance.

ENS helps clients understand the full documentation pathway, not just the signature moment, so documents do not stall or fail after they leave Georgia.
