Apostille & Authentication Services

Certified processing and legalization for international documents. Base service fees listed. Additional courier, embassy, and return shipping fees apply as needed. State, federal, and embassy filing fees are not included and must be paid separately by the client.

• Georgia Apostille (GSCCCA): $115 — Administrative service fee for Georgia-based Hague Convention documents. Includes document preparation, review, GSCCCA submission, and return coordination.
• Federal Apostille (Washington, DC): $185 — Administrative service fee for U.S. Department of State apostilles. Includes document review, federal submission, and return coordination.
• Academic Documents (Diplomas, Transcripts): $115 — Administrative service fee for educational records requiring apostille certification.
• Business & Corporate Documents: $95–$175 — Administrative service fee for incorporation filings, corporate contracts, and notarized records.
• Full Authentication Package: $250–$495 — Administrative service fee for multi-step authentications requiring GSCCCA, U.S. Department of State, and foreign embassy legalization.

Courier Only – Apostille Orders

Pickup and courier service to the GSCCCA Authentication Office for Georgia-issued documents. The $55 per document fee covers notarization, GSCCCA apostille certification, and processing at the GSCCCA office. Pickup and return delivery travel are not included and are billed at $2 per mile after the first 5 miles (one way). Return delivery back to the client is quoted separately upon request.

• Travel for Pickup or Delivery: $2 per mile after the first 5 miles (one way).
• Rush Service (Optional): +$85 per document — Faster courier handling and filing priority when available for in-state orders.
• Return Delivery / Shipping: Quoted separately — Hand delivery, courier return, or carrier shipping can be arranged upon request.
• Readiness: Documents must be complete and ready for notarization at the time of pickup.

• Power of Attorney: $55–$95 — Includes notarization, witness coordination, and copies.
• Living Will / Advance Directive: $55–$95 — Overview and signing guidance included.
• Last Will & Testament: $75–$125 — Requires two disinterested witnesses.
• Guardianship & Custody Documents: $75–$125 — Includes affidavits, parental consents, or related documents.

Estate Bundles

• Estate Document Bundles: $105–$325 — Bundled packages for Will, POA, Healthcare Directive, Deed, or related documents.
• Couple’s Estate Bundle: $240–$275 — Full estate plan for two individuals.
• Bundle + Deed Transfer: $210–$260 — Adds 1–2 deeds for trusts or title transfers.
• Estate Add-ons: $20–$35 — Affidavits, declarations, or supplemental forms.

Care Facilities

• Hospital, Hospice, and Care Facility Signings: $85–$150 — Bedside notarizations with staff coordination and patient readiness check. Urgent requests accommodated.

• Certified True Copies: $35 — For diplomas, transcripts, IDs, or other non-recordable documents.
• Vehicle Title Transfers: $45 — DMV or Georgia Title notarizations.
• Miscellaneous Single Documents: $35-$65 — Standard notarizations not listed above.
